The Brief

A new life, a new view.

New Vietnamese couples buying their own home want to be far enough from their parents but not too far. For them, their first home is more than just a roof and walls. They want to know there’s a safe community, nature, space to grow and bring up their children. They want a modern, lifestyle that reflects their personality.

AquaBay (part of EcoPark) offers a unique selling point. The view. Their primary selling point was the unique double view offering views that looked over the waterway as well as the golf course. We decided to play on the words “view” and built a TV and print campaign around the idea of “double views” both from a physical as well as an emotional perspective. The TVC used some interesting and creative seamless transitions that mimicked this idea of duality.
